An initial $75 art set-up fee is required.
The set-up fee is based on one hour of designing by our art department.
Any design requiring more then one hour will be subject to a fee of $75 per hour.
Minor artwork changes are subject to a $40 Revision fee.
Design will not begin until an agreement is reached.
Prior to printing, a proof will be sent to you and it is required that a signed copy of this proof is faxed to 410-754-8899. No product will be sent to press without this signed acknowledgement. When sending artwork please include bottle size (8oz, 16.9oz, 20oz) and state where product will be sold. It is recommended that the overall “look” to the label including the desired layout, colors and content is expressed to our art deptartment prior to the design to avoid incurring additional design charges.
Preferred file formats are high-resolution PDF, Illustrator and EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) files. Ideally Illustrator is used for vector graphics and Photoshop for pictures.
Please do not embed hi-res pictures, rather supply them separately.
All fonts should be outlined or converted to paths/outlines; otherwise all fonts used should be supplied along with the file. Text should not be created in Photoshop.
JPEG (JPG) files are generally not adequate and are low in resolution resulting in a poor print result.
Do not merge multiple PDF files into a single PDF file.
*On occasion high-resolution artwork is unavailable. If this is the case, please send what artwork is available and it will be determined if it is usable*
